Who We Are

Susan Cleveland, founder, is a 6-time breast cancer survivor who has spent the past 37 years working in and with the medical community. She has served patients with chronic or critical illness as well as their families and friends.

As the former program director at Gilda’s Club South Florida for 13 years, Sue developed countless innovative programs and services to meet the needs of members regardless of what type of cancer they had. She routinely assisted patients in making treatment and clinical trial decisions and accumulated a vast network of top physicians and clinicians in the tri-county area and throughout the State of Florida.

Sue is uniquely qualified to assist all types of patients with their healthcare needs and has assembled a team of qualified professionals to assist in every aspect of your care. Sue holds a masters degree in Pastoral Psychology.
